The location of the hotel was excellent; it was situated in a peaceful atmosphere with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. the staff was lovely and accommodating, always willing to help out in any way they could. the room was cozy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. the breakfast spread was extensive, with a range of options to suit all tastes. the facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfortable stay experience.
One of the facilities was a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment, which could be improved.

Communication about our reservation was really good via emails, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. the location of the place was great as it was close to the town center, allowing us to easily explore the charming streets and attractions. One of the best aspects was the magnificent view we had from our window, overlooking the beautiful Svaty Kopecek.

The communication from the hotel staff prior to our stay was excellent, they were prompt in responding to emails and answering our questions. The location was convenient, being in close proximity to many local attractions and points of interest. the view from our room was breathtaking, with stunning scenery visible right from our window.
The service provided was not up to par, with staff members seeming disinterested and unfriendly. the facilities were not well-maintained, with our room feeling dingy and uncared for.
